Lately » How is it to work for Google?
CNN posted a video today with a title "A day in the life of a Googler". The video shows Google's headquarters in Mountain View, California, which the company likes to refer to as the Googleplex. Working conditions, which could easily be rephrased to "playing conditions", are dreamlike, at least according to this video. I ask myself, are they doing anything else besides talking casually in a cafe, eating three free meals a day, swimming, working out, drinking organic juices. Judging by their results, they do! I don't even want to compare these conditions with the conditions we had in the last company I worked for, before I started my own, currently home-based, web design business. I think we can safely conclude, a company can be more productive by creating a relaxed working environment, as long as the job is done. I would probably accept a web designer position if Google offered it to me :-)

Well I think in my Company is much better to work then in Google.
Why?
1. It's high tech startup with allot of pioneer spirit
2. You get stock and if Company becomes next big thing you become new Larry Page
3. Also we have free food, pool, paint-ball, play station, carting... any sport just say it and we will organize it
4. We live where we used to live, not in immigration
5. We do not pay so much for apartment like those poor guys from Palo Alto
6. We also do cutting edge high technology
7. We have only three managers
8. We have nothing to loose
9. We will win the world
10. We simply rock
