Lately » The picture of Internet; Why XHTML

If somebody asked you to draw a picture of internet how would you do that? Pretty tough task, isn't it? Thank God we have malfunction.org to do that for us. I am sure the little frog will show up there one day :-)

Why XHTML?
Many web designers and developers ask that question. What is the difference between HTML 4.01 and XHMTL and what is XHTML good for?
Think about XHTML as XML-ized HTML or some kind of the bridge between those two. You can write your pages using XHTML and send them to browsers as HTML, but you can also integrate them into XML based document.
· more accurate markup (by eliminating missing end tags)
· an easy upgrade path to XML-based browsers
· easier integration with XML-based document management systems

The best part of it. If you already have a valid HTML 4.01 it really takes just a few steps to go for XHTML.

You can make a HOWTO for xhtml, list those steps. If you dont have a time, it's OK.

I'll do. In the next couple of days. After the exam. ;-)
In order to understand my frustration look at this problem:

A car dealer has warehouses in Millville and Trenton and dealerships in Camden and Atlantic City. Every car sold at the dealerships must be delivered from one of the warehouses. On a certain day the Camden dealers sell 10 cars and the Atlantic City dealers sell 12. The Millville warehouse has 15 cars available, and the Trenton warehouse has 10. The cost of shipping one car is $50 from Millville to Camden, $40 from Millville to Atlantic City, $60 from Trenton to Camden, and $55 from Trenton to Atlantic City. How many cars should be moved from each warehouse to each dealership to fill the orders at minimum cost?

And this is supposed to be just "fundamentals of mathematics". I don't even know where to start with this type of problem.

But XHMTL doesn't understand the OnMouseOver :-(

Have you tried with lowercase?

XHTML is case sensitive simply because XML is case sensitive.
