Hi Sasha,
no need for patches, fixes etc. I installed Apache win32 version. It works like a charm but peepz at Apache http project saying that apache(win32) server has not yet been optimized for performance.
I (sort of) tested with couple hits on cgi applications and php templates as well, child processes don't grab too much memory, which is pretty damn good. Inetinfo services are taking much more RAM than apache.
Watch for BlueCODE, it's coming!!!

I've just installed Apache at work for testing purposes and to get my hands dirty ;-)
