Microsoft releases two patches available through Windows Update website only. They can be found under "Critical Updates Package".
First patch resolves the "XMLHTTP Control Can Allow Access to Local Files" security vulnerability in Microsoft XML (MSXML) 3.0.
The second patch resolves the "Incorrect VBScript Handling in Internet Explorer can Allow Web Pages to Read Local Files" security vulnerability in Internet Explorer 6.
I am tired of all these patches, but if you are using Windows, IE, IIS you have to make sure to apply them on time.
