If you are a Windows user there is a really geeky shortcut to "System Properties": WinKey + Pause Break.
Oh my God, Adobe Photoshop 7 is out! Take a look at the "What's new" page. Some new features such as Healing Brush, transparency enhancements or File Browser seem to be really promising.

No help for you :-) Buy a new keyboard with the WinKey.
CTRL + ESC would be the only help I can give you.
