Horizontal rule using CSS (I think it is neat):

.hrule
{
border-bottom: 1px #000 solid;
}

CautionHTML predefined icon-like symbols is an interesting idea, just imagine you type &caution; in your HTML code, and you get something like the image on the right side.

I don't get this horizontal rule.. two days and I'm still confused.

Help?

The style part is specified above.
Then you do this:

<div class="hrule">&nbsp;</div>

And it does what?
Indents something one space?

No, it is a horizontal rule using CSS. You can specify the colour, the width, style . . .

I have tryed to apply styles on <hr /> but some browsers behaved weird. This above seems to be working fine.

My version of English doesn't support word " rule " :o)

hey the &caution; thing isn't working for me, I've tried a lot of those things and none of them seem to work. What's wrong? The plain old &nbsp; still works though.

Jason, it is just a cool idea. None of the browsers support it yet.
