We want to come up first on Google when searching for "Mad Scientists". Everything that needs to be done is linking: Mad Scientists.

Well, not quite. You have to do that on many other pages as well. I don't think, Google will crawl this page though, because it is dynamic (.asp?id=...).
Some people don't like the fact that Google works like that. I think it is an example of a pure democracy on the net.
