Notice to appear - to write a citizenship test

You will have to write a test about your knowledge of Canada and your responsibilities and privileges of citizenship. You may write the test in English or French. To prepare for the test, you should study the book "A Look at Canada".

I think, he is not right, but to call it "fascistic" is maybe too harsh.
Everything is being globalized nowadays, so why not web site design business? There is nothing wrong with it. I don't think countries with cheap labor lack of interaction design and usability professionals. There are so many cars built in those countries for example, are they all unusable?
