With all of these "features", this looks like a parody site to me. But it is not.

Looks like this is their focus:
"Dedicated to Promoting Ethical Business Practices and a Family Friendly, Child Safe Internet"
That, and marketing. Not so much design or development. Certainly isn't reflected in their site.
