Electronic attack slows Internet
A fast-moving computer worm slowed down Internet access Saturday for about 22,000 servers, according to the Internet security firm Symantec.

Of course, the servers that were affected were running Microsoft and SQL Server 2000 ... when will people learn? Install the security patches when they're released (one was released last year that would have stopped this), or, even better, run LINUX! :-)

I agree. As it looks like, any Microsoft product needs to be kept up to date with patches, particularly those that deal with the Internet such as IE, IIS, SQL Server, . . .
