They should call us. I can guarantee that we'll deliver site that have:
- well formed structure in XHTML files
- valid code and proper use of it
- accessible for all users
- usable pages
- viewable from any internet device
- and more . . .
Did you check that particular site that we're talking about? It looks like some of the guys from univeristy did part of it which is HTML4.01 (invalid btw), then you can find HTML4.0 (invalid again) and third section (search database) is written in XHTML1.0 (I mean they've got that doctype) which also doesn't validate. I know, it is really hard to work in teams especially if they're thousands of miles away but end user shouldn't see this.
