The time has finally come to change my default browser. I got tired of IE6. It was a great browser 3 years ago, but in a fast moving world of the Internet, no application can last so long without any improvements. As far as I know, Microsoft won't offer any IE upgrades any time soon. Firefox is a great browser, which gets upgraded almost monthly, and with all the extensions, there is fun for everybody.

Hm, finally, you switched. Welcome to the club.
Get used to tabs, no pop-up windows trickery and enjoy speed of Gecko rendering. Tweak your baby [1], feed her with extensions all the time and don't forget to dress her [2]. You're most likely happy with built-in Google search, add some more search engines [3], you won't regret it. Enjoy browsing the web without annoying advertisement. [4]

- the fact that it is open-source
