Cute, am I not?

Only one egg hatched, which is OK, this kind of things happen. Our main worry is this little baby. We really want to keep it alive. The picture shows the baby when it was about 1 week old. When we saw it like this, we really thought that there must be something wrong with it, but good people tell us that it looks perfect. Parents are doing a great job.

Glad to hear the baby is doing well. The link you gave has links to some great sites (though the Watch Me Grow only works right in IE and not Firefox, it's still great).
I've never bred tiels, so I can't give you any advice there, but there are two really good books on tiels by Diane Grindol (including Cockatiels for Dummies) which are about the best all around tiel books out there. I think they both have sections on breeding, but the Complete Book of Cockatiels probably has more.

The moment I saw that picture I thought "Jurassic Park 4" was released. :o)
It's amazing how "unusual" these birds look when they're young and how pretty they become.
