Thanks for posting this link--very useful, and I've emailed the link to my coworkers. Even though we aren't using CSS for layout yet, we're trying to move towards that, plus most of the advice in the article is good for general team-work--we've definitely had problems with sticking to style guides/coding guides in general and not just for our stylesheets.
